As Energy Prices fluctuate and Local Authorities increase the Efficiency and Renewable demands on new developments, the need for Centralised and Integrated Sustainable Energy Solutions is ever increasing. Activation Energy have undertaken numerous design projects to identify the optimal solution for numerous developments. These have included Industrial Parks, Residential Apartment Development, and Commercial City Centre Shopping Centres, where heating and cooling is managed by an Energy Services Company (ESCo) and transferred between sites, improving efficiency and reducing costs for all.

Activation Energy recognise the challenges in successfully rolling out these systems, where issues such as project rollout, space limitations, metering and billing, planning restrictions and CO2 reduction requirements need tackled and effective solutions identified.  In the past we have worked to successfully integrate Traditional Boilers, Traditional Chillers, CHPs, Absorption Chillers, Thermal Storage and other Renewables into systems to provide the optimal solution.
